For the past 40 years the collection of post-war European and American art of the Teheran Museum of Contemporary Art (TMOCA) remained for the most part, unseen. The public will have the rare occasion to discover it next year from February 21st until April 20th at the TMOCA in Teheran.
The Teheran Museum of Contemporary Art has invited Dutch architect and exhibition maker Tijs Visser to make a new presentation of the collection. Visser is the first western curator to make a show with the collection since the revolution. He will work closely together with a young team of art-historians from Teheran.
